Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

As of now we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final unless proper documentation has been submitted and approved at the following email: tbw@theblackwealthy.co
- If deemed necessary, store credit will be issued to the customer if approved and item has been returned to The Black Wealthy Institution.
Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
Claims
After 7 days of order delivery, no refunds, store credit, replacements, or other compensation will be issued under any circumstances if we have not been notified. This applies to all claims, including but not limited to:
- Orders not received
- Items missing from an order
- Items damaged upon arrival
We recommend customers review their orders promptly upon delivery and contact us right away if there are any issues.
Fraud Policy
